We booked a Deluxe Quadruple Room but ended up with a double when we arrived, and the staff were reluctant to change it even though we insisted. For our entire stay, the room wasn’t cleaned, and we had to run out of toilet paper.

apparently, this hotel thinks it's acceptable to have absolutely no hand towels available, which is just ridiculous. the noise from the entrance door was also unbearable, kept me up all night. i almost left a good review, but my requests for a room upgrade were completely ignored! how dare they treat me like every other guest? !

The room was spacious with a modern air conditioning unit, and the tea/coffee making facilities were super handy!

Plus, there were oddities like the lifts only servicing between floors, forcing us to haul our luggage up some flights of stairs. The room was also quite basic and showed signs of needing some updates. Early check-out at 10 AM was too soon for my liking, especially considering the price.
